Dosa-Idli Podi Delicious side dish for Dosa or idli 2 cups Black gram (Uzhunnuparippu)1/2 cup Dal (Parippu)6 nos Red chilly (Kollamulaku)Salt (As reqd)2 tbsp Chilly powder4 tbsp Coriander powder2 sprigs Curry leaves Heat up the skillet.Add the black gram, dal and red chillies.Fry it on a medium flame until it turns golden brown.Add chilly powder, coriander powder and salt and stir continuosly.Add the curry leaves and stir for 1 min.Allow the fried mixture to cool.Grind it into a powder in a food processor or mixie.Add oil to the req amount of powder.:- Serve with Dosas and Idlis.
