  • 150 ml Thick cream
  • 25 g Butter
  • 10 nos Almonds chopped
  • 10 nos Cashew nuts chopped
  • 10 to Cherries glazed
  • 1 no Plain chocolate bar chopped
  • 500 ml Vanilla ice cream
  • 200 ml Chocolate ice cream


  • For preparing double sundae, heat water in a pan.
  • Put the chocolate pieces in a bowl. Beat well, holding the bowl over the pan containing hot water.
  • Remove once the mixture becomes glossy.
  • In a serving dish, put one scoop of vanilla ice cream & one scoop of chocolate ice cream. Pour cream & melted chocolate over it & serve garnished with nuts.
