Beef(Kheema) in yoghurt or curd

Ingredients
- Meat(minced) - 1/2 kg
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger Paste - 1/4 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Dried red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 3-4 nos
- Black peppercorn - 4 -
- Cloves(Grambu) - 4 -
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 1 -
- Bay leaf(Vazhana/Karuga ela) - 1 no
- Yoghurt/curd - 2 tbsp
- Tomato(chopped, medium) - 1 no
- Onion(chopped, medium) - 1 no
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves (for garnishing) -
- Green chillies for garnishing -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Saute the onion till light brown.
- Add the minced meat and stir till the spices have mixed well with it and its` water has dried up.
- Add 1 glass of water to it and leave on medium heat to tenderize.
- When half done, add the yoghurt and tomatoes.
- Cook till all the water has dried.
- Mix well.
- Garnish with chopped corriander leaves and green chillies.
- :- Serve hot with naan or chappathi.
