Dry Keema Beef(Kheema) in yoghurt or curd 1/2 kg Meat (minced)Salt (As reqd)1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1/4 tsp Ginger paste1/2 tsp Garlic paste1/2 tsp Red chilly powder3-4 nos Dried red chillies (Kollamulaku)4 - Black peppercorn4 - Cloves (Grambu)1 - Cardamom (Elakka)1 no Bay leaf (Vazhana/Karuga ela)2 tbsp Yoghurt/Curd1 no Tomato (chopped, medium)1 no Onion (chopped, medium)3 tbsp OilCoriander leaves for garnishingGreen chillies for garnishing Heat oil in a pan.Saute the onion till light brown.Add the spices along with the garlic and ginger paste. Mix well.Add the minced meat and stir till the spices have mixed well with it and its` water has dried up.Add 1 glass of water to it and leave on medium heat to tenderize.When half done, add the yoghurt and tomatoes.Cook till all the water has dried.Mix well.Garnish with chopped corriander leaves and green chillies.:- Serve hot with naan or chappathi.
