  • Clean the duck and cut it into about 6 to 8 big pieces.
  • Cook it with all the spices, chopped onions and salt.
  • When done, remove the pieces reserving the gravy.
  • Heat oil in a big frying pan and fry sliced onion and potatoes separately.
  • Remove from oil.
  • Next add the pieces of duck and fry well.
  • Remove the pieces and add the reserved gravy to the pan.
  • When it simmers, add the fried duck. Mix well.
  • Take it off the fire.
  • To serve, place the duck in a serving dish and garnish with fried potatoes and onions.
