  • Slice boneless piece of chicken into square shapes.
  • Pour cornflour.
  • Mix it well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Then heat a pan, add oil and slightly fry our chicken.
  • Check if the chicken is cooked well.
  • Take it out and keep in a casserole.
  • Heat another pan and pour oil. When its hot, add red chilly flakes and stir well.
  • Add onion, ginger, garlic and stir well.
  • Add capsicum, sauté it well
  • Add the sauces and mix well.
  • Add 1 cup of water.
  • When it boils, pour salt as needed and add fried chicken to it.
  • Stir well.
  • Close the pan for 5 minutes and keep in low flame.
  • Our yummy dish is ready.
  • Take it along with fried rice or chappathi.
