- Curd - 1/4 cup

- Apply the smooth batter on the fish pieces and cover with a banana leaf or cling film and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
- After marination, take a baking tray and place a foil paper on the base. Arrange the fish pieces on the tray and brush both sides with oil.
- Easy baked fish in nearing completion. Bake the fish pieces for 8-10 minutes until the top turns golden brown in color.
