Instructions For preparing easy beetroot wine, mix yeast and 2 tsp sugar in luke warm water. Boil water and let it cool. In a jar, mix the yeast, sugar, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, water and beetroot. Cover it tight. Stir after 1 day. Filter it after 2 weeks. Serve it after 12 days.
