Splutter mustard seeds.Add green chillies, chopped onion, chopped vegetables, curry leaves, asafoetida powder, turmeric powder and peanuts.Stir in low flame till the onions and peanuts are light brown in color.Add crumbled bread, sugar, required salt and lemon juice.Mix well and cook in low flame for 5 minutes.Garnish easy bread upma with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
