Instructions For preparing easy coconut pudding, mix sugar with little water and caramelize it by heating in low flame. Spread it in a plate. Mix semolina, milk, sugar and butter. Boil and make it a thick custard. When done, add egg, essence and grated coconut in it. Pour it in the caramelized tray. Cover and bake it in a oven for 1 hour. When cooled, remove it in a plate and decorate with nuts. Easy coconut pudding is ready.
