- Fish fillets(cut into half inch sized cubes) - 4 nos
- Curd - 50 g
- Gram flour(Kadala mavu) - 100 g
- Garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
- Ginger Paste - 1/2 tbsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1/2 tbsp
- Egg - 1 no
- Oil(For frying) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Mix together egg, gram flour, curd, salt and little water into a fine thick batter.
- Dip the marinated fish cubes in this batter and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Deep fry the fish cubes in hot oil till golden brown in color.
- Heat oil in pan, splutter cumin seeds, curry leaves, cumin powder and add fish pieces and dry fry it.
- Easy fish/machhli amritsari, a yummy dish is ready. Serve hot by sprinkling chaat masala and decorating with lemon wedges.
