Easy Mushroom-Khombi Dry Stir With Egg

  • First heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds.
  • Add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute well for a few seconds.
  • Stir in mushroom pieces, red chilly powder and salt.
  • Saute in high heat for 2 minutes.
  • Lower the heat and cook until mushrooms are done. Switch off the gas when water content fully evaporates.Beat egg in a bowl and fry well.
  • Immediately, transfer mushrooms to a serving bowl. Make sure that mushrooms are not overcooked.
  • You can serve easy mushroom/khombi dry stir as a healthy snack or even as an accompaniment with egg omelet.
