- Fried rava - 1/2 cup
- Coconut oil - 1 tsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Red chilli - 2
- Chilly - 4
- Groundnut - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 4
- Water - 1 cup
- Salt - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai add mustard when it splutter add red chilly, curry leaves and groundnut. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add onions and green chillies. sauté for a minute.
- Add fried rava to this and stir continuously for 2 minutes until water completely dried up and rava is cooked well.
- Now easy upittu is ready.
