  • heat a pan
  • add oil when its hot
  • then add onion ginger, garlic, green chilly and curry leaves to it
  • when its brown
  • add turmeric powder and chilly powder
  • sauté it well and add egg and salt.
  • stir well
  • stir continuously until it gets fried well and cooked
  • add tomato to it
  • stir well and close the pan and off the flame
  • our dish is ready to serve
