Egg-Sausage-Cheese Casserole Egg-Sausage-Cheese Casserole 1 lb Sausage or chicken (small pieces, cooked & drained)6 nos Eggs2 cups Milk4 nos Croissants/Bread slices (cubed)1 cup Grated cheese1 no Onion1 no Capsicum10 - Mushrooms (chopped = Baby portabella preferred)1 - Green chillies/Jalepenos (if you like it spicy) Put crushed Croissant or cubed bread in 9÷x 9÷ casserole dish. Add cooked sausage. Sprinkle cheese on top of bread and sausage. Sprinkle the chopped vegetables (and chillies, if needed). Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over bread mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a knife blade comes out clean. :- Serve alone or with fresh fruits. American
