Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 150 gm
- Gram flour(Kadalapodi) - 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek leaves(finely chopped, Uluva) - 1/2 cup
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Thymol seeds(Ajwain/Vaum) - 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Curd - 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying -

Instructions
- Mix together all the ingredients except for oil for frying.
- Add water little by little and knead them well to make a little hard dough.
- :- It should not be very hard.
- Roll them out into chappathis.
- Fry on griddle, on a low fire, till little brown.
- Apply oil on both sides and remove from fire, when they become slightly brown on both sides.
