Fish made with coconut

Ingredients
- Fish - 1/2 kg
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Onions(large) - 2 nos
- Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
- Green chillies - 4 nos
- Grated Coconut - 1-11/2 cups
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Coriander leaves(A bunch) -

Instructions
- Clean and cut the fish into large pieces.
- Flake the boiled fish taking care to to take out all the bones and skin.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Season with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Make a paste of onion and green chillies.
- Add the above paste and ginger paste and fry well.
- When the mixture becomes brown, add the flaked fish and coconut.
- Fry stirring all the time till the mixture turns golden brown.
- Add chopped coriander leaves.
- :- Serve hot with rice.
