Fish Putto With Coconut Fish made with coconut 1/2 kg Fish1/2 cup Water1 tbsp Vinegar2 nos Onions (large)1 tsp Ginger paste4 nos Green chillies1-11/2 cups Grated coconut1/2 tsp Mustard seeds1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Salt2 tbsp OilCurry leaves (A few)Coriander leaves (A bunch) Clean and cut the fish into large pieces.Cook with 1/2 cup of water, salt, vinegar and turmeric until it is completely dry. Flake the boiled fish taking care to to take out all the bones and skin. Heat oil in a pan.Season with mustard seeds and curry leaves.Make a paste of onion and green chillies.Add the above paste and ginger paste and fry well. When the mixture becomes brown, add the flaked fish and coconut. Fry stirring all the time till the mixture turns golden brown. Add chopped coriander leaves.:- Serve hot with rice. Tamil
