Fratata An Italian dish 6 nos Eggs1 no Potato (large)4 - Lettuce/Cabbage1 tbsp GarlicOlive oil (As reqd)2 tbsp ButterSalt (As reqd)1/2 tbsp Pepper Take the skin off the potatoes and cut it into small slices.Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan.Fry the potato till the slices become transparent. Remove them onto a plate.Heat up the remaining olive oil in the same pan.Fry the finely chopped lettuce leaves.Break the eggs in a bowl.Add fried potatoes, lettuce, mint leaves. Mix well.:- If u want u can even add fried mushrooms.Add the garlic paste, pepper and salt and mix again.In another pan, take the butter and when the pan is hot, put the whole mix into the pan.Reduce the flame and let it cook on one side for 5 - 10 mins.To switch the sides, take a flat surface plate and place it on the top of the pan and make the pan upside down.:- The fratata comes on the plate now.Place the pan again on the flame and slowly slide the fratata into the pan and cook for 5 - 6 mins.:- Serve hot.
