Instructions
- Take the skin off the potatoes and cut it into small slices.
- Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan.
- Fry the potato till the slices become transparent.
- Remove them onto a plate.
- Heat up the remaining olive oil in the same pan.
- Fry the finely chopped lettuce leaves.
- Break the eggs in a bowl.
- Add fried potatoes, lettuce, mint leaves. Mix well.
- :- If u want u can even add fried mushrooms.
- In another pan, take the butter and when the pan is hot, put the whole mix into the pan.
- Reduce the flame and let it cook on one side for 5 - 10 mins.
- To switch the sides, take a flat surface plate and place it on the top of the pan and make the pan upside down.
- :- The fratata comes on the plate now.
- Place the pan again on the flame and slowly slide the fratata into the pan and cook for 5 - 6 mins.
- :- Serve hot.
