  • Take the skin off the potatoes and cut it into small slices.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan.
  • Fry the potato till the slices become transparent.
  • Remove them onto a plate.
  • Heat up the remaining olive oil in the same pan.
  • Fry the finely chopped lettuce leaves.
  • Break the eggs in a bowl.
  • Add fried potatoes, lettuce, mint leaves. Mix well.
  • :- If u want u can even add fried mushrooms.
  • Add the garlic paste, pepper and salt and mix again.
  • In another pan, take the butter and when the pan is hot, put the whole mix into the pan.
  • Reduce the flame and let it cook on one side for 5 - 10 mins.
  • To switch the sides, take a flat surface plate and place it on the top of the pan and make the pan upside down.
  • :- The fratata comes on the plate now.
  • Place the pan again on the flame and slowly slide the fratata into the pan and cook for 5 - 6 mins.
  • :- Serve hot.
