- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Milk(As reqd) -
- Butter(melted) - 8 tbsp
- Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
- Egg - 1 no
- Butter(As reqd for frying) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing french crepes, take a bowl and mix in maida, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Heat a frying pan and pour a ladle full of the batter. Make circular motions like for dosa.(it should be very thin)
- Cook the crepe on both sides till brown in colour with a little butter. Repeat the procedure with the remaining batter.
- French crepe`s are ready. Serve with jam or orange sauce.
