- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Egg - 1 no
- Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
- Break the egg into the mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Add 225 ml water and sesame seeds gradually, whisking constantly.
- :- You should have a thick and creamy batter.
- Heat the oil.
- Dip each prawn into the batter, ensuring it is well coated and drop into the hot oil.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
- Remove from oil. Drain and place on a serving dish.
- :- Serve with chilli sauce.
