  • Add eggs, sugar and cardamom to a bowl. Mix well until sugar dissolves and sugar turns light.
  • Stir in rava.
  • Mix well with a spoon or with your hand.
  • Make small lemon sized balls
  • Heat oil and fry till nice brown in colour.
  • Tasty and delicious ladoo is ready now.
