Instructions
- Put milk and carrots in a heavy saucepan and boil till it starts to become thick.
- Once it starts thickening, stir constantly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
- Add sugar and cook till it thickens further.
- Stir on low heat, till the mixture collects in a soft ball or the ghee separates.
- Garnish with chopped almonds or pistachios.
- :- Serve hot.
