- Garlic pods - 7 -
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Curd - 500 gm
- olive oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Add curry leaves.
- Add crushed garlic and saute.
- When it becomes golden brown, add the powders and saute.
- When the raw smell leaves, turn off the flame.
- Add curd.
- Add salt.
- Mix it well along with little water.
- :- Serve with rice.
