Bengal gram
flour
Kadalapodi

Wheat flour

Peppercorns
Kurumulaku

red chillies
Kollamulaku

Small onions
finely chopped, Kunjulli

sprigs
Coriander leaves
finely chopped
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Grind together the peppercorns,
red chillies
and
ginger
in a mixer grinder.
Mix together the finely chopped onions, coriander leaves, the above ground mixture,
gram flour
,
wheat flour
and
salt
.
Add
water
and make it into a dosa batter.
Make thick dosas off the above batter.
