Ingredients
- Ginger - 2 big
- Bengal gram flour(Kadalapodi) - 1 cup
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Peppercorns(Kurumulaku) - 1 tsp
- Dry red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 3 –
- Small onions(finely chopped, Kunjulli) - 6 –
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 sprigs
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Grind together the peppercorns, red chillies and ginger in a mixer grinder.
- Mix together the finely chopped onions, coriander leaves, the above ground mixture, gram flour, wheat flour and salt.
- Add water and make it into a dosa batter.
- Make thick dosas off the above batter.
