Godhumai Dosai
Dosas made with Wheat or Godhambumavu
Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1 no Onion finely chopped, big
- 2 nos Red chillies Kollamulaku
- Curry leaves As reqd
- Baking soda A pinch
- Oil As reqd
- Mustard seeds A pinch
- Cumin seeds A little, Jeerakam
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- Mix wheat flour with water, until it gets a watery consistency.
- Add a pinch of baking soda along with the sauteed onions and mix well.
- Use this batter to make dosas.
