- Ginger(a small piece) -
- Curry leaves(Few) -

Instructions
- Grind together sprouted green gram and grated coconut to a fine paste. Keep this batter aside for 2 hours.
- Grind together green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and required salt. Add this to the green gram batter.
- Roll out into dosas and fry on both sides.
- Green gram dosa, a highly nutritious recipe, for people with diabetics and diet lovers, is ready.

I tried this. It came out well. Though the first two dosas might stick to the pan, the rest were just fine… tastes good and most importantly its healthy. Best option for people trying to avoid carbohydrates. Thanks.
