Instructions
- In a kadai, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add garam masala and cumin seeds.4) Fry onion till golden and add the brinjal mix. Add tomatoes.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder, chicken masala and salt.
- cover and cook the masala.
- Make it dry and serve hot with chappathi.
