Ingredients

1 breast Chicken breast
2 cloves Garlic
2 nos Capsicum sliced into cubes
1 cup Broccoli sliced
1 cup Cauliflower florets
1 no Onion cubes
Olive oil As reqd
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Honey
Pepper As reqd
1 tbsp Lime juice
1 cup Letttuce
Salt As reqd

Instructions

For preparing grilled chicken salad, first sprinkle salt, pepper and drizzle olive oil in chicken.
Bake it in oven with garlic cloves.
Grill the capsicum, onion, brocolli and cauliflower.
When done, first make slices of chicken. Add in to salad bowl.
Chop the grilled capsicum, onion, brocolli and cauliflower.
Sprinkle little salt and toss with chicken.
Add lettuce to it.
For preparing sauce, take a blender and add 1 tbsp olive oil, mustard, honey, mayonnaise, lime juice and pepper.
Blend it well.
Pour it over the chicken mix. Mix well.
Grilled chicken salad in honey mustard sauce is ready.
