Grilled Fish Easy Fish with a combination of potato and vinegar 1 medium Rawas, bekti or fish of your choice (cleaned and cut into pieces)1 lime Lemon juiceSalt (As reqd)1 tbsp Oil1 no Onion (50 gm)(finely sliced)1 no Tomato (100 gm)(finely chopped)1 no Potato (50 gm)(peeled and cubed)1 tsp Garam masala powderTurmeric powder (A pinch)2 tsp Vinegar (10 ml) Marinate the fish pieces with lime juice and salt. Keep this aside for 15 minutes.Heat oil in a pan and saute the sliced onion till light brown.Add tomato, garam masala powder and potato cubes. Fry well.Add turmeric powder and saute well.Cover and cook till done.Finally, add the marinated fish and vinegar.Check seasoning.:- Serve hot with fresh salad. North Indian
the recipe is good..but the cooking style is not convincing…first of all theres not ny kinda grilling n u havnt mentioned nything bout cooking fish…???
