Instructions
  1. Mix together maida and milk powder and make it to a chappathi type dough by adding water/milk as needed.

  2. Out of this dough make small balls.

  3. Fry the balls till it turns brown.

  4. Sugar syrup : Boil one n half cup of water in slight heat.5) As it bubbles add this sugar and heat until sugar completely dissolve. Dont overheat as sugar may get caramelized.

  5. Dip these fried balls in the sugar syrup for more than two hours and slightly cool it. For best result keep it overnight.
