Instructions
  1. First seive flour. Add salt and knead it to dough (like chappathi dough). Keep this aside for 1 hour.

  2. Pressure cook the dal. Strain it.3) In a kadai, heat little ghee. Add the cooked dal, fry for 2 minutes till the water is fully evaporated.4) Add the coconut and fry again for 2 minutes. Now add the sugar. 5) When the sugar starts to melt,add cardamom powder and remove from flame.

  3. Grind the mixture without water.7) Make balls of lemon size from the mixture.Also make balls from all purpose flour.8) Make a small round with flour dough (poori size or less). In the middle add the dal balls. Cover it with the flour dough. Roll it with hand.

  4. Make chappathi. Place it in hot tawa. Add ghee in sides.

  5. 10) Home made bholi is ready. You will get a nice layer from inside also.
