- Lemon - 10 nos
- Ginger(sliced) - 1 tsp
- garlic(sliced) - 1 tsp
- Small green chilly(kandari mulaku) - 6 to
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 3 tbsp
- Asafoetida powder - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves -
- Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 2 pinch
- Gingelly oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt(to taste) -

Instructions
- Wash the lemons and slice into small pieces as shown in the picture.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter Mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds. Add ginger, garlic, small green chillies,[ you can use green chilly], curry leaves and sauté it.
- Add turmeric, chilli and asafoetida powder,just saute it.
- Then add sliced lemons and salt , mix it well . Close the pan with a lid and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Finally add vinegar and sugar .Cook it until it get thickens.
- Let them get cool completely and store them in a bottle. Enjoy this home made pickle anytime. Serve with rices.
