Pathilu with beef filling

Ingredients
- Beef(minced) - 250 g
- Onions(chopped) - 3 nos
- Green chilly(slit) - 1 no
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Water(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing irachi pathilu, cook beef with chilly powder, green chilly, turmeric powder, salt and water.
- In another vessel fry onions, with chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and curry leaves in coconut oil.
- Add in the cooked beef and mix well.
- Press a ball of ground moodari on a banana leaf.
- Spread the beef masala on it.
- In another banana leaf press pathilu as the same size of the 1st and place it above the masala.
- Place masala on top of the second pathilu and repeat the process.
- Steam cook the irachi pathilu along with the banana leaf.
- Irachi pathilu is ready. Serve hot.
