- Peeled jack fruit seed 1 cup -
- Garlic ½ cup -
- ginger garlic paste 3 tsp -
- Small onion 1 cup -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Red chilli powder : 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Jeera/ cumin seed powder ½ tsp -
- Curry leaves 1 bunch -
- Red chilli 2 no. -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- Sombu/ fennel seeds ¼ tsp -
- Oil : 3 tsp -
- Grated coconut : ½ cup -

Instructions
- chop the onion, tomato, garlic and cut the boiled jack fruit seed into two pieces
- In a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, fennel seed and add curry leaves and red chilli
- Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin seed powder and mix it.
- add the boiled jack fruit seed and mix it
- last and finally add grated coconut and turn the flame off and mix it
- jack fruit seed garlic fry is ready. serve with rice
