Ingredients
  

For Marination:

  • 4 tbsp Cream
  • 4 tbsp Cashew
  • 5 tbsp Thick Curd
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi leaves
  • 3 tbsp Corn Flour
  • Oil requir

Instructions
 

  • Take chicken in a bowl. Add salt, chilli powder and lemon juice and mix well. Leave them to marinate for 30 mins.

  • Now in mixer jar add cashew and powder finely.

  • Now the second marinating. Add all other ingredients and mix well

  • Add chicken and mix well and spread all side and slit. Rest for 2-4 hrs or over night

  • Now pre-heat the oven and bake for 30 mins both side.
