- Water melon juice - 2 cups
- Vanilla ice cream - 4 scoops
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Rock salt(powdered) - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds(roasted & powdered) - 1 tsp
- Water melon(cut into cubes) - 1 cup

Instructions
- For preparing kalingad cooler, mix lemon juice and water melon juice.
- Freeze till it solidifies & cut it into cubes.
- Take a few cubes in a glass.
- Sprinkle black salt & jeera powder.
- Put a scoop of ice cream.
- Make another layer of cubes, salt, cumin powder & ice cream.
- Put the water melon cubes at the top.
- Serves decorated with water melon seeds.
