Ingredients
- Tapioca(cut into small pieces, Kappa) - 1 to
- Beef(cut into small pieces) - 1 kg
- Onion(sliced) - 1 nos
- Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
- Ginger(cut finely) - 1 piece
- Garlic pods(cut finely) - 3 nos
- Curry leaves - 2 stems
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil (for seasoning) -

Instructions
- Cook tapioca(kappa) and meat separately.
- When brown, add rest of the masala powders and continue frying.
- Add meat and cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix cooked tapioca(kappa) and keep on low fire for few more minutes.
- Remove Kappa and Beef and serve hot.
- :-Kappa and Beef can be used as a full meal or as a part of meal.
- :- Serve Kappa and Beef hot.
- :- Enjoy the Kappa and Beef puzhukku.
