- Chicken - 8 pieces
- Kashmiri Chilly powder - 4 tbsp
- Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce - 4 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- garlic(chopped) - 4 cloves
- Ginger(chopped) - 2 pieces
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing kashmiri chicken, mix chilly powder, soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, garam masala, sugar and salt.
- Marinate this mixture with chicken.
- Freeze it for 2 hours.
- Cover and cook till the chicken is done.
- Add lemon juice and coriander powder. Mix well.
- Fry for a while and serve hot.
