- Chicken breast - 2 nos
- Onion(sliced) - 1 no
- Cheese(grated) - 200 g
- Roasted cashew nut(crushed) - 1 cup
- Tender coconut pieces(sliced/optional) - 100 g
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
- Ginger(minced) - 1 tsp
- Curry powder - 1 tbsp
- Cashew paste - 1 cup
- Turmeric - 1 tsp
- Mint leaves(Few) -

Instructions
- Slice the fried chicken. Keep aside.
- Add curry powder, ginger, green chillies, mint leaves and salt.
- Add coconut slices and fry again. Add chicken pieces and mix again.
- Add crushed cashew nuts and mix well. Cover and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add turmeric and cashew paste. Mix chicken well. Add the cheese on top and cover it again for 2 minutes.
- When cheese melts, remove from flame.
- Creamy chicken recipe is ready.
