Ingredients
- Lime(Big) - 2 nos
- Onion - 1 no
- Green chillies - 2-3 nos
- Chillie powder - 1 tsp
- Tumeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves(few) -
- Mustard seeds(for seasoning) -
- Cocunut Oil/ any other oil - 2 tsp
- Salt(as rqrd) -

Instructions
- Remove the skin of lime and cut into small pieces.
- Chop Onion and green chillies.
- Heat oil in a pan and put mustard seeds.
- When mustard seeds splutter put onion and green chillies & curry leaves.
- Reduce the flame and cook untill the onion becomes transparent.
- Add lime pieces to it.
- Cover it with a lid and cook on low flame.
- Simmer it, in between so that it does not stick to the bottom.
- When the lime is half-cooked add chillie powder, tumeric powder & salt.
- Cook untill done, before removing from fire put sugar.
- :- Serve as a side dish with rice.
- :- After cooling you can keep it in refridgerator and use as and when required.
