Ingredients
- Prawns(cleaned and deveined) - 1 cup
- Green chillies/Peppers(deseeded) - 4 nos
- Onion(medium& sliced into thin pieces) - 1 no
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic pods - 6 nos
- Dried red chillies/peppers - 10 nos
- Peppercorns - 4 nos
- Ginger - 1/2" piece
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Tamarind pulp(Puli) - 1 tbsp
- Water - 2 cups
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Mix the prawns with salt, green chillies and onions and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Strain though a sieve.
- Pour it in a deep pan and heat it on medium flame along with 2 cups water.
- Cook till the quantity is reduced by half.
- :- Serve hot with plain steamed or boiled rice.

Hey, The gravy is very thin doesnt thicker, I added corn starch to thicker it. any other option
