Cuisine Others Prep Time 10 minutes Servings people MetricUS Imperial Ingredients Khajoor(without seed and chopped, dates) - 25 pcs Rose water - 1 tbsp Milk - 1 ltr Cherupazham(chopped, small Banana) - 2 nos Mango(cut into pieces, riped) - 1 no Sugar - 3 tbsp Milk powder - 2 tbsp Pistachios green(chopped) - 1 tbsp Saffron - 1 big Cuisine Others Prep Time 10 minutes Servings people MetricUS Imperial Ingredients Khajoor(without seed and chopped, dates) - 25 pcs Rose water - 1 tbsp Milk - 1 ltr Cherupazham(chopped, small Banana) - 2 nos Mango(cut into pieces, riped) - 1 no Sugar - 3 tbsp Milk powder - 2 tbsp Pistachios green(chopped) - 1 tbsp Saffron - 1 big Votes: 1 Rating: 4 You: Rate this recipe! Instructions In a blender put milk powder, sugar, khajoor and quarter portion of milk and blend it to a thick cream. Add banana, mango, rose water and rest of milk and make a thick juice. Keep them refrigerated for 2 hours. Then pour into ice cream glasses and spread pistachios and saffron on the top. :- Serve chilled.
