Kharipudi Kharipudi 2 cups Wheat Flour1/2 cup Rice Flour (Aripodi)Asafoetida (As reqd, Kayam)1/2 tbsp Thymol seeds (Ajwain)1/2 tsp Turmeric powder2 tbsp Oil2 tbsp Ghee Mix wheat flour and 1/4 cup rice flour together.Add asafoetida, ajwain seeds, turmeric powder, oil and knead them to make a soft dough.Apply ghee and roll it like a large chappathi.Sprinkling some rice flour, roll it into tight Swiss roll and cut into thick slices and keep it aside.Heat oil in a pan.Fry them till they become golden colour.Drain and leave it to cool.
