  • Mix wheat flour and 1/4 cup rice flour together.
  • Add asafoetida, ajwain seeds, turmeric powder, oil and knead them to make a soft dough.
  • Apply ghee and roll it like a large chappathi.
  • Sprinkling some rice flour, roll it into tight Swiss roll and cut into thick slices and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry them till they become golden colour.
  • Drain and leave it to cool.
