- Fresh khoya/mawa(crumbled) - 150 g
- Fine semolina(roasted lightly) - 250 g
- Sugar - 250 g
- Margarine - 125 g
- Eggs(beaten till stiff) - 3 nos
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(A pinch) -

Instructions
- For preparing khoya/mawa cake, combine the eggs with sugar and margarine. Beat well.
- Add in semolina, baking powder, mawa and salt. Mix well and keep side for about 1 hour.
- Pour into a well greased baking tray and bake on medium heat till it is done.
- Khoya/mawa cake is ready.
