Ingredients
- Chinese potato(sliced, Koorka) - 150 g
- Raw banana(long slices) - 2 nos
- Elephant yam(long slices) - 100 g
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green chillies - 4 nos
- Coconut(grated) - 4 cups
- Curd - 1/2 litre
- Tamarind - 1 pinch
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coconut oil - 2 tsp

Instructions
- Grind the grated coconut with green chillies and cumin seeds. Add this to the vegetables and mix well.
- After this, add curd and when foam comes, remove from flame.
- Add coconut oil and curry leaves on top.
- Koorka avial is ready.
