- Chappathi(sliced in length) - 6 nos
- Egg - 6 nos
- Onion - 2 nos
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Tomato - 2 nos
- Ginger(2 nos) - 1" piece
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- garlic - 3 cloves
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- Red onion - 4 nos
- Cloves(Grambu) - 5 nos
- Cinammon sticks(Karugapatta) - 1 no
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 5 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- For preparing kothu chappathi, mash ginger, garlic, green chillies, pepper and red onions.
- Add tomato pieces, chilly powder and mix it.
- Add onion to it and fry again.
- Add egg, garam masala, chappathi pieces and mix well.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve it with salad.
