150 g Leeks (peeled and finely chopped)100 g Onion (peeled and finely chopped)200 g Potatoes (peel and finely chopped)20 g Butter1/2 litre Hot water200 ml MilkPepper powder (As reqd)Nutmeg (grated, Jathikka)2 springs Chervil (herb used in seasoning)Salt (As reqd) For preparing leek and potato soup, melt butter in a saucepan and add leeks and onions.Stir and cook covered for 10 minutes.Add the potatoes to the cooked mixture.Season with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.Pour the milk with hot water into the saucepan. Allow it to cook for 20 minutes.Garnish with chervil.Leek and potato soup is ready. Serve hot. Others
