1 no Lobster (large size)1 tsp Soya saucesalt (As reqd)1 tbsp Garlic1/2 tbsp Pepper (minced)1 pinch Rosemary1 pinch Thyme1 tbsp Flour1 cup Milk1 tbsp Butter30 ml Wine For preparing lobster in blue flame, wash the lobster well and boil it in salt and soya sauce.Remove the flesh from the prawn shell and cut the flesh into small pieces.Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the garlic, rosemary, thyme, pepper and prawn pieces in it. keep it aside.Heat butter in a pan and roast the flour in it till it turns brown in colour.Then add 1 cup milk in it to make a white sauce.Add the lobster mixture to it and fry again to make the stuffing.Place the prawn shell in a big plate and stuff it with above mixture.Take wine in a vessel and fire it and put the blue flame on top of the prawn shell.Serve immediately.Specialties: 1)Continental recipe Continental
