  • 1 no Lobster large size
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Pepper minced
  • 1 pinch Rosemary
  • 1 pinch Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 30 ml Wine


  • For preparing lobster in blue flame, wash the lobster well and boil it in salt and soya sauce.
  • Remove the flesh from the prawn shell and cut the flesh into small pieces.
  • Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the garlic, rosemary, thyme, pepper and prawn pieces in it. keep it aside.
  • Heat butter in a pan and roast the flour in it till it turns brown in colour.
  • Then add 1 cup milk in it to make a white sauce.
  • Add the lobster mixture to it and fry again to make the stuffing.
  • Place the prawn shell in a big plate and stuff it with above mixture.
  • Take wine in a vessel and fire it and put the blue flame on top of the prawn shell.
  • Serve immediately.
