Mango Cake Easy Yummy cake with mangoes 2 cups Allpurpose flour (Maida)2 tsp Baking soda1 1/2 tsp Salt2 tsp Cinnamon (Karugapatta)3 nos Eggs1/2 cup Veg oil1 1/3 cup Sugar1 tsp Vanilla1/2 cup Golden raisins (Onakka munthiri)1/2 cup Cashewnuts (chopped)2 cups Mango (diced)1/4 cup Flaked coconut Preheat oven to 350 degrees ( F) . Grease one pound loaf pan or square pan. Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon into a large mixing bowl.Make a well and add the wet ingredients, fruits and mix well, till they are nicely incorporated. :- Do not over mix it.Pour into the pan and let stand for 20 mins. Sorry I have not tried this receipe but just wanted to know if I can use tin Mango puree instead of fresh mangaoes please let me know
