Tasty mango pachadi

Ingredients
- Raw mango(peeled and cut into small pieces, medium) - 1 no
- Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Green chillies - 3 -
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
For seasoning:-
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(A few) -

Instructions
- Mash it and keep it aside.
- Grind together coconut, cumin seeds, green chillies and mustard seeds into a fine paste by adding little water.
- Add the ground paste to the mashed mango and mix well.
- Cook it again by adding little water, if necessary.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- :- Check the level of salt and add, if necessary.
- When it becomes a paste like consistency, switch off the flame.
- Heat oil in a small pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds and fry curry leaves for a minute.
- :- Serve with rice.

Grinding mustard seed will result in a bitter taste.You should crush the mustard seperately, instead of grinding.
