  • 2 nos Ripe mangoes peeled and diced
  • 1/2 of Red pepper chopped
  • 1/2 of Red onion chopped
  • 3 tbsp Jalapeno chopped
  • 3 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing mango-red pepper salsa, combine ripe mangoes, red pepper, onion, jalapeno, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt. Keep it aside for 30 min to allow the flavors to blend.
  • Convert it to a serving bowl.
  • Mango-red pepper salsa is ready. Serve it with tortilla chips.
